We work with partners to incubate and refine policy models at the municipal level and then replicate these efforts within states and nationwide.
We serve as a resource hub by conducting research, facilitating connections, synthesizing best practices, supporting storytelling, and organizing learning opportunities to support effective implementation.
What We Do

We support community groups, unions, and school district leaders to transition their buildings from fossil fuels to clean energy—saving districts money, making healthier and more comfortable schools for students, and creating good jobs. We also support them in building near-term demonstration projects.
